Privacy notice

Only what we need to respond.

This notice explains how Aldabra handles information sent through the contact form.

What we collect

The contact form requires your name and email address. Organisation and message are optional. The form also includes a hidden field used to identify automated submissions.

Anti-abuse protection

To help limit abuse, the service derives an HMAC fingerprint from the IP address used to submit the form. It stores that fingerprint for rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP address.

Why we use it

Aldabra uses your enquiry details to respond and to operate the form safely. We do not use them to build advertising audiences or sell them.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored so Aldabra can manage enquiries, and an email notification is sent to support a response. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to operate this process.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or delete an enquiry you sent, email info@aldabra.im. We will update this notice if the way the site handles enquiries materially changes.
